Access to the Service is granted immediately upon successful purchase through the onboarding process. If you experience technical difficulties accessing the platform, you must contact customer support for assistance.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund policy and subscription terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dusky AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Dusky AI retains absolute discretion to suspend or terminate accounts for conduct violations.

Termination Outcomes

• If termination occurs within the 30-day refund window, a full refund will be issued only on yearly plan.
• If termination occurs after 30 days, then no refund may be issued at our sole discretion
• All decisions related to conduct-based termination are final and binding.

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from Dusky AI, including:

• a) Email Communications: Service updates, account notices, and promotional content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• b) SMS/Text Communications: Account alerts, updates, and promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply.
• c) Opt-Out Options: You may opt out of SMS communications by replying "STOP." Opting out of one channel does not affect others.

• e) Consent Withdrawal: Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.
