This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and related matters are handled for Dusky AI services. By purchasing or using Dusky AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.
1. Refund Policy
1.1 Subscription Refund Eligibility
Dusky AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee Only on yearly subscription plans, subject to the conditions outlined in this section.
- The 30-day refund window begins on the date of the initial subscription purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, customers must write an Email to the Dusky AI team within the 30-day period.
- Failure to do that forfeiture of refund eligibility.
- Refund requests must be submitted through the official support channels described in Section 2.2.
- Refund will only be processed if you haven't purchased any monthly or yearly plan prior.
- After the 30-day period has elapsed, all subscription sales are final and non-refundable.
1.2 Credits & Usage-Based Purchases
All purchases of AI credits or usage-based add-ons are strictly non-refundable.
- Credits represent direct AI processing costs incurred on behalf of the user.
- Once credits are purchased, used, or allocated, no refunds, reversals, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
- Upgrading a plan or purchasing additional credits constitutes acceptance of this non-refundable condition.
1.3 Coaching, Consulting & Services
All coaching sessions, consulting calls, and personalized services provided by the Dusky AI team are non-refundable, as these involve time allocation and professional commitment from team members.
1.4 Termination for Policy or Conduct Violations
Dusky AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of its Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct.
- In cases where termination occurs within the 30-day refund window, Dusky AI will not refund at its sole discretion.
- If termination occurs after the 30-day period, Dusky AI will not refund at its sole discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Right to Cancel
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, without providing a reason and without requiring approval.
2.2 Cancellation & Refund Requests
To cancel a subscription or request a refund, users must contact Dusky AI through one of the following official channels:

2.3 Access After Cancellation
You can access your current plan details and billing cycle information in the "Settings" > "Billing" section of your account dashboard.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have full access to all subscribed features during this period.
2.4 Billing After Cancellation
Once a cancellation request has been processed, no further charges will be applied to the account.
2.5 Data Retention & Deletion
Account data is generally retained to support reactivation. However, Dusky AI reserves the right to delete user data following cancellation.

- All data handling is performed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Dusky AI's Privacy Policy.
